Minutes of the 01/31/2009 Board Meeting
Attendees:

Reunion 2009
Inclusive Dates: May 01-03, 2009
Velue: It was agreed upon by the BOD that the reunion be at Isabel, Leyte
* A few members of the board have planned to go to Isabel, Leyte to do an ocular visit (Feb21-23, 2009) and assess the feasibility of the event. The group will have to verify the following:
- # of rooms available at the PASAR Guesthouse
- Breakfast catering
- Van rental for the duration of the reunion
- Other places to go such as: Tacloban, Samar and Matag-ob
* Projected expenses include the following:
- Boat fare per person
- Van rental fee
- Food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of the event)
Collection
* Daisy Ann Pino has suggested that those members of the foundation who made CA's or Loans be required to liquidate their pending transaction immediately.
* Passbook of the foundation should be endorsed to the other members of the Finance Committee should the Treasurer go out of town.
* Board President needs to be one of the sigantories of the Bank Account.
* P55k pledge of Gen. Ireno Bacolod needs to be collected so that the founation can make use of the funds especially for the fencing at the Lawis property and other matters.
* Open another bank account is needed.
