Reunion 2009
* Cagayan de Oro relatives raised a clarification whether or not the reunion will be held there.
- Planned program by CDO people include a recollection and going to the shrine
- Approximate budget per person is P3000 exclusive of boat fare.
- P3k if with Camiguin leg
- P2k if without Camiguin leg
* A phone call to Ate Berut confirmed that the reunion will have to be held at Leyte for convenience and for cost efficiency per family member since it was also clarified that all expenses shall be shared by every member of the family.

* There will be a team building activity to be organized by: Louann, Jojo, Ate Daisy, Christine, and Kuya Ricky.
FINANCIAL CONCERNS AND ISSUES
* Pledge of Uncle Nonoy has reached P110k already and still uncollected.
* New checking account will be opened at Metrobank in Lahug with the Board President and Board Treasurer as signatories.
* Withdraw current savings account amount and convert to the Foundation's name wherein a Secretary's Certificate is needed for the withdrawal.
* The Finance Committee also needs to push for the:
- collection of Paid up Capitals
- collection of loans made
* It was also agreed upon by the Board that all dues and collectibles should be settled on or before the Reunion.
* All unpaid dues should have a Plan B. (e.g. how to collect and what to do when still uncollected / unpaid)
* A Paluwagan or a "dawat-dawat" was suggested so that the money that the Foundation has collected will be rolled out and put to use.
* Kuya Bombie will present during the Reunion the planned Paluwagan.
* SOA's will be given to every family for an update of their payables.
* Auntie Neneng will also deposit her cash on hand to the new checking account. Update for this development will be given soon.
OTHER MATTERS
Lawis Property
- Ownership will be taken up during the upcoming General Assembly.
- Ownership of the lot is under the Children of Conchita and Teodor AND NOT under the Foundation; hence the Foundation could not spend for its fencing since it does not own the lot.
